Congrats to Scott and Andy for being selected this week’s winners! Each will receive any two 10 x 15 prints of their choice.
The last drawing of the summer is next Monday – THREE winners will get their choice of any two prints! Just subscribe to the blog on the upper right to be entered in the drawing.
So far this summer I have given away over 30 prints and I am excited to give away the last 6!
Good Luck!
Today I wanted to share another photo from the Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada. As I was quickly maneuvering my rental car around the twists and curves, attempting to chase the fleeting golden hour light before it disappeared, I happened upon this unique view. I was told by the construction crew to either hurry up and get through the canyon or wait for 15 minutes while the big rigs made their way through. I decided to stay and focus on this scene, taking my time and avoiding oncoming traffic, in order to capture it properly. What do you think?
Thanks for visiting!

You can’t hope for a much better lead-in than that. Superb find. Glad you didn’t get run down in the process!

Breathtaking !
Truly superb! As if the lines on the road are setting the rocks on fire!
That is a perfect leading line Adam. The yellow line seems to match the great color of the rocks.
