Akrotiri Sunset

Welcome back!  First off, congrats to cyncon9@ for being drawn this week’s winner of two 10 x 15 prints of her choice from my Prints Website.  If you would like to be eligible for this weekly drawing, all you need to do is subscribe to the blog on the upper right column.  Good Luck!

Today I wanted to share a pair of photos I took a few weeks ago in Santorini, Greece.  Aside from being a fantastic weekend filled with wine tours, tasty food and drink, sightseeing, and some great company, we were treated to wonderful sunsets.  I posted shots from the other two evenings here (view from our hotel) and here (view from the popular town of Oia).

The last day we decided to rent a car and explore the island.  Just before sunset we found ourselves near the town of Akrotiri.  The restaurant we selected was just perfect with an unobstructed view from our table of what you see below.  Enjoy!

Thanks for visiting! Back to CA on Wednesday!
