Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a spectacular weekend. I took a little trip to the east, visiting a couple of castles, the Bari Zoo, and the Trulli Houses of Alberobello. Tons of new photos to get through – stay tuned!

Today I wanted to share this ridiculous picture my friend Raven took while we were slowly making our way through the Bari Zoo Safari in southeast Italy. I have more photos and info to share from the park but essentially you drive your car through this large zoo, cruising past many different animals, including lions, tigers and bears (oh my)! My favorites were the Giraffes, who would arch their necks and join you in your car, awaiting a tasty treat. I brought some bread sticks along for the ride which the giraffes seemed to love! I don’t usually post photos of myself, but thought this would be appropriate today.
