I came across this AWESOME video on Google+ the other day (I still have invites available if you would like to join). These skateboard chicks are sick! What a well done video and the song is just perfect.
Its Hot! I love the Spring and Fall, but absolutely hate the sweltering heat of the summer. I thought this little series would adequately display the hot summer days we are experiencing currently in Naples. I took these last year in the small Coastal town of Amalfi here in Southern Italy. I tried to make the shots have a “warm” feel, using some yellow, old style filters in Lightroom. Anyways, Enjoy, and let me know what you think! We need some rain!

Digging your shots today, as always Adam! I’ve never seen so many umbrellas just perfectly in a row like that, and you’ve captured it perfectly! The vintage tones give it a great retro feel, like they were taken 50 years ago. Crackin’ work man!
Excellent colors and patterns with the umbrellas. The processing is fantastic as well.

The joy of summer; relaxing in the heat at the beach. Nice warming affect to give us that warm feeling. Awesome video, wish I could ride a skateboard like that – looks like fun. Now I want to get one of those GoPro video cameras.

Oh, how fun, Adam. My wife’s son is coming over for supper tonight (age 23) and I’ll show him the video because he was a skateboarder big-time. Now if only I could give you some of the rain we had yesterday and today here in the Netherloands!!!
Thanks for sharing that video. My son loves to long board and that gave me the bug to try to capture him and his friends out long boarding. He’s definitely come home with more than his share of road rash from mishaps on the board. I really like the pattern of the last image with the blue and white umbrellas! Brilliant! Hope it cools down soon. I’m ready for the fall.

Thanks for that video! My son loves to long board so this gives me the bug to get out and capture him and his friends on their boards. He’s come home with more of his fair share of road rash from boarding. I’ll have to share this video with him.
